¹ú²ú±¬ÁÏ

David has been a partner in the Adelaide office Assurance practice of EY for over 17 years. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and a registered company auditor.  With over 30 years’ experience, David manages a wide variety of clients that range from small businesses to large corporate and government organisations.  He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Fellow of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation.

David holds positions on a number of not-for-profit boards, including the Duke of Edinburgh International Awards in Australia, SACA,  the Animal Welfare League SA and the Helpmann Academy. He was previously the Treasurer of the ¹ú²ú±¬ÁÏ Council from 2010 to 2023 and the immediate past Chair of the College’s Endowment Fund.

David attended the College, together with his five brothers and his own four sons attended or are currently attending the College.

David is a Project Director and has led several large teams in complex and dynamic environments in both the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience in the areas of leadership, policy and governance, strategic thinking and planning, commercial management, risk management, project management, and the implementation of digital solutions.

He holds qualifications in Science, Management, Arts and Defence Studies. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). David has held roles as the Chair of the CIPS Strategic Advisory Group Australasia, a Member of the South Australian Government State Procurement Board and a Director of the South Australian Local Government Association’s Procurement company.

David is married to Amanda and they have three boys – all of whom have attended, or are currently attending, PAC.

David is also Chair of the PAC Infrastructure Committee.

David commenced as the 12th Headmaster of ¹ú²ú±¬ÁÏ in 2022, coming from Newington College (GPS R-12 boys’ school) in Sydney where he was the Deputy Headmaster and Head of the Senior (7-12) Campus. Prior to Newington, David was Head of Senior School at St Leonard’s College in Melbourne and was a Boarding Housemaster for six years at Geelong Grammar’s Corio Campus and Head of Student Welfare for three years at the Timbertop Campus. David has taught Biology in the International Baccalaureate and the VCE and more recently taught Philosophy and Ethics as well as Senior Science at Newington.

David attends all Council meetings as well as the Infrastructure Committee meetings and the Finance and Audit Committee meetings.

David is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a B.Ed and a M.Ed as well as a Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He is married to Sofie who is a medical doctor, and they have a son who recently graduated from PAC and a daughter.

Sophie is an experienced commercial and employment lawyer and the principal at Sophie Rayner Consulting. Through her professional career, Sophie has developed significant experience and understanding in corporate governance structures in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. In addition to her role on the ¹ú²ú±¬ÁÏ Council, Sophie is also Chair of the PAC Risk and Compliance Committee and was a member of the Calvary Health Care Adelaide Human Research Ethics Committee.

Sophie is married to Will who attended PAC as a boarder from 1991 to 1995. Sophie and Will have four children, with two boys enrolled at PAC as fifth-generation scholars.

Janet is a medical practitioner working in a variety of different hospital and private practice roles. She considers herself very privileged to be part of the ¹ú²ú±¬ÁÏ Community, as the wife and mother of old scholars, with three sons having attended Princes between 2002 and 2016 (and a daughter who attended Seymour and Pembroke). Whilst her sons were at the College, Janet was an active member of the ‘Parents and Friends Committee’. Janet also served on the PAC Foundation Board including as President for a number of years.

Janet joined Council in 2019, and is grateful to be able to continue to contribute to ¹ú²ú±¬ÁÏ in this way.

In other Board involvement, Janet has been a member of the South Australian Sports Medicine Association (SASMA) council since 2020.

Tom is a Director at JBWere, providing strategic, investment and governance advice to private families and not-for-profit organisations.

He holds various qualifications including a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Adelaide majoring in both Accounting and Corporate Finance, and he is a Certified Financial Planner.

Tom previously served on the Prince Alfred Old Collegians’ Association’s Management Committee and was the Association’s President in both 2015 and 2016. Tom is a third generation Old Scholar and attended the College from 1996 to 2003 and was School Captain in his final year at the College.

Tom is married to Natasha and they have two daughters.

Marc is an experienced Senior Executive and Company Director with over 20 years’ experience in leading dynamic and multi-faceted national and international businesses.

Having started his career in business advisory progressing through the ranks at Deloitte, Marc made the transition client side as an executive in the real estate and property sector working both overseas and interstate. He is currently the Chief Executive of the Fairmont Homes Group being one of the largest residential property groups in South Australia and South East Queensland.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Company Directors, and is also a Director of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia

Marc is married to Sarah and they have two boys, both of whom are current PAC students.

Genevieve is an Owner and Director of TOOP+TOOP Real Estate, a prominent multi-generational family business in South Australia. Educated at Seymour College and Geelong Grammar, she graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), then moved to London to work as an advertising executive at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Returning to Adelaide in 2012, Genevieve oversaw TOOP+TOOP’s sales, marketing, and software development, earning national recognition for the agency’s innovative campaigns. In 2023, her attendance at Stanford’s integral AI Conference sharpened the agency’s AI strategy, and she is now recognised as a leader in real estate’s AI adoption, having served as a keynote speaker for the Real Estate Institute and other professional organisations.

She is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and a committed supporter of local charitable initiatives. Genevieve brings her passion for community, innovation, and empowering the next generation to her role on the ¹ú²ú±¬ÁÏ Council.

Genevieve is married to Bronte Manuel, also an Owner and Director of TOOP+TOOP, and they are proud parents of two boys at ¹ú²ú±¬ÁÏ.

Michelle Mennillo is a values-driven CEO and Board Director with more than 20 years’ experience across health and social enterprise. As CEO and Co-Founder of Occupational Therapy for Children, she has led the organisation’s growth from a single clinic to a multi-state allied health enterprise delivering more than 500 therapy sessions daily across South Australia, Victoria, and Queensland. Michelle brings a distinctive blend of strategic, financial, and people-development expertise.

MBA-qualified and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Michelle has strong governance capability shaped by extensive experience across audit and risk oversight, compliance, and executive development. She has led governance initiatives that strengthen board effectiveness, clarify accountability, and embed practical systems that support responsible scaling and long-term sustainability.

Michelle’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, organisational growth, wellbeing, innovative human-capital investment, and culture. She is committed to listening first; observing, understanding, and learning deeply, so that she can contribute thoughtfully to long-term leadership and community impact.

Greg is the Representative of the Moderator of the Uniting Church in Australia, Presbytery and Synod of SA Representative on the Board. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer and experienced Non-Executive Director with over 35 years of senior management and infrastructure delivery experience. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science, and a Master of Military Science and Technology (Strategy).

Greg has been a past CEO of Peninsula Ports and a member of the Engineers Australia Board. He was the Chairman of the Board of EngInsure and Chair of the STEM Program Advisory Board for UniSA, providing independent expert advice and recommendations on strategic initiatives in the STEM sector. Greg is a member of the SA government’s Industry Skills Council – Mining and Construction, and the Chair of Rowing South Australia.

Greg is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem. 

Greg is an Old Red, and his son recently attended the College.
