Michelle Mennillo is a values-driven CEO and Board Director with more than 20 years’ experience across health and social enterprise. As CEO and Co-Founder of Occupational Therapy for Children, she has led the organisation’s growth from a single clinic to a multi-state allied health enterprise delivering more than 500 therapy sessions daily across South Australia, Victoria, and Queensland. Michelle brings a distinctive blend of strategic, financial, and people-development expertise.
MBA-qualified and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Michelle has strong governance capability shaped by extensive experience across audit and risk oversight, compliance, and executive development. She has led governance initiatives that strengthen board effectiveness, clarify accountability, and embed practical systems that support responsible scaling and long-term sustainability.
