The Preparatory School redevelopment includes the construction of two new, linked buildings. One to house our junior primary students, the second to house the front office and administration, staff facilities, allied health and additional gathering and general learning areas. The redevelopment also includes significant upgrades to our outdoor learning and play spaces.

Feedback from our parent community and reviews of traffic management and pedestrian safety on campus, has informed our vision to remove the majority of vehicles from the College campus. The PAC Carpark will be constructed on College-owned land adjacent to the Boarding House, fronted on College Street and Little Young Street. The PAC Carpark will be connected to the campus by a series of air bridges.

Offering a leading education for boys includes providing an abundance of outdoor spaces for boys to play, practice and compete. The new Multi-purpose Sports Field will, subject to Planning Consents, make use of a currently unused parcel of land adjacent to the John Dunning Sports Centre. The project is planned for completion in 2026.

Located in the area of the current carpark to the south east of Pirie Street drive, it is intended new Secondary School facilities will be built together with short term parking and drop and go zones. This program is in the very early stages with a committee established in Term 2, 2024 to scope the future teaching and learning requirements for our Year 7-12 boys.

Located within the footprint of the current Secondary School, Stage 5 is anticipated to include significant refurbishment of our exisiting Secondary School facilities. These learning spaces will compliment the new Secondary School facilities created in Stage 4 of the Master Plan. It is expected planning for this stage will commence in 2025.
